- Represents domestic and offshore investment funds.
- Represents one of the most prominent private equity and hedge fund sponsors in the industry.
Julie Kwon focuses her practice on representing fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and operation of investment funds. She advises clients on fund documents, fund subscription materials and regulatory and compliance issues related to the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Securities Act of 1933.
Prior to joining Akin Gump, Julie was an asset management associate in the New York office of another global law firm.
