Kady focuses her practice on a broad array of investment management matters. She counsels clients on the formation and operation of private investment funds, including private equity funds and hedge funds.

Kady was an Akin summer associate and a Strauss Diversity & Inclusion Scholar. Prior to joining the firm, she was a paralegal at a boutique litigation law firm and a legal intern at a London firm.

Kady earned her B.A. summa cum laude in English from Boston University. She completed her J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School, where she was editor in chief of the Michigan Journal of Race & Law.
