Kameryn is an associate in the corporate practice. He advises clients on a range of corporate matters.

Prior to joining Akin, Kameryn was a finance associate at another leading global law firm in New York City, where he gained experience across a variety of corporate finance subgroups, including leveraged finance, structured finance and fund finance.

Kameryn received his J.D. from Howard University School of Law and his B.S. in criminal justice from East Carolina University.
