Kam is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Kam was previously a summer associate at Akin. Prior to that, she was an intern for the Honorable A. Joe Fish in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Kam earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where she served as managing editor of business for the Texas International Law Journal and as a student attorney for the Children’s Rights Legal Clinic. Kam is also a certified Corporate Change Management Practitioner.
