Kiera is an associate in the Houston office. Her practice encompasses a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, public company representation and corporate governance.
Kiera works closely with clients to navigate complex corporate transactions and achieve their business objectives.
Prior to joining Akin, Kiera served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jacques L. Wiener of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and for the Honorable Eldon E. Fallon of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Kiera earned a J.D. from Tulane University Law School, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Tulane Law Review.
Kiera was an Akin Pro Bono Scholar and member of Akin’s 2021 and 2022 summer associate classes.
