- Provides assistance on a broad range of complex litigation, including white collar defense, government enforcement matters, trade secret litigation and corporate restructuring and bankruptcy litigation.
Kyle is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. He represents companies in internal investigations and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) enforcement actions, trade secret litigation, shareholder derivative and class action litigation and other complex business disputes, as well as counseling debtors and creditors in chapter 11 cases in connection with contested matters and adversary proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Kyle was an associate at another international law firm based in New York City.
Kyle earned his J.D. with high honors from Emory University School of Law.
