Biography
- Provides assistance on a broad range of complex litigation, including white collar defense, government enforcement matters, and trade secret litigation.
Kyle is a counsel in the firm’s white collar and congressional investigations practice. He represents companies in internal investigations and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) enforcement actions, trade secret litigation, and shareholder derivative and class action litigation and other complex business disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Kyle was an associate at another international law firm based in New York City.
Kyle earned his J.D. with high honors from Emory University School of Law.
