Leah is an associate in the litigation practice, where she advises clients on a range of litigation matters including civil litigation, government investigations and white collar defense.
Leah was a member of Akin’s 2024 summer associate class and a Pro Bono Scholar of the 2023 summer associate class.
She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a staff member and senior executive board member for The Georgetown Law Journal. During law school, she was a Global Law Scholar and a member of the National Security Law Society, the Christian Legal Society and the Women’s Legal Alliance. She received a B.S. in International Affairs & Religion from Florida State University.
Earlier in her legal career, she served as a paralegal with the Federal Trade Commission’s Division of Privacy and Identity Protection and as an advocacy associate for Human Rights Watch.
