Biography
  • Advises clients on internal and government-facing investigations, white collar defense matters, and compliance matters.

Madeline Bardi assists clients with a variety of complex litigation matters. Her practice focuses on white collar defense matters, internal and government-facing investigations and civil litigation. She also advises clients on compliance matters.

Madeline maintains an active pro bono practice, with an emphasis on juvenile justice and on representing D.C. inmates in parole hearings.

While in law school, Madeline served as executive editor for the American Criminal Law Review and worked as a legal intern in the United States Attorneys’ Offices and the U.S. Department of Justice. Madeline was also a student practitioner in her law school’s Domestic Violence Clinic.

Madeline was a member of Akin Gump’s 2019 summer associate class.
