Megan is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice, assisting clients on a wide array of disputes. She previously served as a summer associate at Akin in New York.
Prior to joining Akin, Megan served as a legal intern in Fordham University School of Law’s Federal Litigation Clinic, where she presented oral argument before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and defended a criminal trial in the Southern District of New York. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Ronnie Abrams of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Megan earned her J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar and earned the Ann Moynihan Award for outstanding performance in the law school’s clinical program. She served on the Fordham Law Review and held editorial roles on the Fordham Law Moot Court Board. Megan holds a B.A. with distinction in political science and legal studies from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
