He has experience in relation to:
- Regulatory compliance with UK and EU laws regarding fund structuring, marketing and registration.
- Change of control applications and regulatory notification requirements.
Representative Work
- Thames Water: Counsel to an ad hoc group of Class A creditors holding over £13 billion in the recapitalisation of Thames Water, the UK's largest water and wastewater company.
- BlueCrest Capital Management (UK) LLP: Assisted at the Court of Appeal level in respect of two statutory notices imposed by the FCA.
