Michael focuses his practice on the complex tax matters relating to private investment funds, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), cross-border transactions and other business activities.

Michael holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law, where he graduated with the David H. Moses Memorial Prize for highest academic average in the LL.M. class. Michael earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law, where he was the business editor of the Syracuse Law Review.
