Nada counsels fund sponsors, managers, investors and other clients in the formation and ongoing operation of private investment funds, including private equity funds, credit funds and hedge funds. She also advises clients in the secondaries space.
Nada earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where she served on the American University Administrative Law Review, and was a student-attorney for the WCL Entrepreneurship Law Clinic where she helped small business owners in the D.C. community navigate transactional and business law matters. While in law school, she also interned at a Washington, D.C.-based law firm focusing on immigration law. She received a B.A. in international affairs from Rollins College.
Nada was a member of the 2023 summer associate class.
