Biography
- Advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, energy transition, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Nicole is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. Her experience includes a broad range of sectors, including oil & gas and energy.
During law school, Nicole served on the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal’s board, where she published her article, represented her law school in national and international negotiation competitions and volunteered as a student attorney for the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic.
Nicole worked as a judicial intern in 2023 and was a member of Akin’s 2024 summer associate class.
