Representative Work
- Advised PJSC LUKOIL in its issuance of $2.3 billion Rule 144A / Regulation S notes in two tranches: (i) $1.15 billion 2.80 percent 5.5-year notes due 2027 and (ii) $1.15 billion 3.60 percent 10-year notes due 2031 issued by LUKOIL Capital DAC (a wholly owned subsidiary of PJSC LUKOIL) and guaranteed by PJSC LUKOIL.
- Advised Equinor, as part of the Akin team, in its acquisition of a 49 percent interest in LLC KrasGeoNaC (KGN) from Rosneft for $550 million.
- Advised PJSC “LUKOIL,” as part of the Akin team, on its Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $1.5 billion, 10 year 3.875 percent notes offered by LUKOIL Securities B.V and guaranteed by PJSC “LUKOIL.”
- Advised, as part of the Akin team, the group of investors in the potential acquisition of the distressed major chemical producer for more than $1.3 billion.
- Advised leading Russian oil company, as part of the Akin team, in acquisition of a legal entity holding oil license in Siberia
- Conducted comprehensive legal due diligence on behalf of a multinational telecommunication services company with regards to multiple telecom towers in Russia.
