Nolan advises clients on a range of litigation matters, including securities litigation, corporate shareholder disputes and regulatory investigations.
Prior to joining Akin, Nolan was an associate at another leading global law firm in New York City. He also gained valuable experience as a legal intern at the Office of the New York State Attorney General, Investor Protection Bureau and the Cardozo Civil Rights Clinic, both in New York.
Nolan received his J.D. cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Cardozo Law Review and received the Benjamin N. Cardozo Writing Award for the best written work in Civil Advocacy. He earned his B.A. in political science from the College of Staten Island.
