Olivia specializes in general commercial litigation. Her experience covers a broad range of commercial disputes, including class actions, breach of duty claims, financial services litigation and investigations.
Representative Work
- Advising Fortenova Group, a food producer and retailer in Croatia and the surrounding region, on the restructuring litigation aspects of issues arising from the existence of sanctioned Russian debt and equity holders in its capital structure.
- Advising asset management company on German Arbitration Institute (DIS) proceedings, alongside German counsel, on a dispute relating to commission earned on the sale of the commercial real estate portfolio. The case settled before the main hearing.
- Acting for the Post Office in implementation of a settlement following a High Court group litigation in 2019.*
- Acting for a Virgin group entity in a contractual dispute in relation to a trade mark licensing agreement.*
- Acting for a high net worth individual in relation to a claim for fraudulent misrepresentation and breach of contract against a construction firm.*
