Oyinlola advises corporate and investment fund clients on a broad array of complex transactions and investments.

She provides advice on limited partnership agreements, management agreements, side letters in connection with LP investments in closed-end buyout funds and other investment management matters. Oyinlola also represents funds and early-stage companies in connection with venture capital financings and portfolio investments.

Oyinlola received her J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School and M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She holds a B.A. cum laude in international relations and a B.S. cum laude in business & operations management from University of Delaware.
