Paul Dimoh is a member of the firm’s Office of General Counsel. He provides legal counsel and strategic advice to firm leadership, business professionals, and personnel around the world, helping the firm navigate complex reputational, transactional, and ethical challenges while advancing client objectives. His work includes negotiating multifaceted agreements, resolving conflict-of-interest situations, and assisting with the design and implementation of compliance frameworks that align with firm policies, regulatory mandates, and industry best practices.

Paul rejoined the firm in 2025 after serving as Corporate Counsel for the 2024 Biden / Harris Presidential Campaign, where he managed the campaign’s corporate legal affairs, overseeing corporate governance, licensing, contract negotiations, risk management, compliance procedures, and ethics practices across campaign operations. Previously, he played a pivotal role in launching and expanding Akin’s ethics attorneys team, helping to shape policies and processes that continue to guide the firm today.

Paul began his legal career at another international law firm, where he advised clients on private equity fund formations and investments, mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, and other corporate law matters. With broad experience, he has been a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the intersection of law, business, and ethics.
