- Advises on the structuring and execution of secondary transactions.
- Advises a broad range of investors on various aspects of their investment programs.
Qasam Mahmood advises UK and international fund managers on a range of issues including the structuring and establishment of private investment funds investing across all major strategies in addition to the carried interest and co-investment plans associated with such funds. He also advises on a broad range of other transactions relating to private investment funds, including secondary transactions and fund restructurings.
