Rebecca specializes in energy and infrastructure transactions, with a practice that encompasses mergers and acquisitions, divestments, investments, joint ventures, project development and general corporate affairs.

During her time in law school, Rebecca held several notable positions. She was the treasurer and then co-president of the Association of Women in Law, a board liaison for the Houston Association of Women Attorneys, and chief technology editor for the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal.
