Rebecca focuses on energy & infrastructure transactions, with a practice that encompasses mergers & acquisitions, divestments, investments, joint ventures, project development and general corporate affairs.

During her time in law school, Rebecca held several notable positions. She was the treasurer and then co-president of the Association of Women in Law, a board liaison for the Houston Association of Women Attorneys and chief technology editor for the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal.
