Advising an ad hoc group of lenders in the Chapter 11 cases of Marelli, a Japan-based multinational automotive parts supplier, involving the proposed implementation of restructuring transactions and other matters in connection with emergence from Chapter 11, including the equitization of $4.9 billion in liabilities.
- Advising a credit fund on a US$52 million financing to promoters of a listed company in India.
- Advising a credit fund on a US$200 million financing to a borrower to acquire securities listed in India.
- Advising an ad hoc committee of holders of the US$350 million and US$414 million bonds issued by Azure Power Solar Energy Ltd and Azure Power Energy Ltd on a restructuring of the bonds.
- Advising a credit investor on a US$100 million External Commercial Borrowing facility to an Indian borrower.
- Advising a creditor of Vedanta Resources on the restructuring of its US$100 million facility to Vedanta.
- Advising an ad hoc group of noteholders in relation to a restructuring of over US$1.5 billion of liabilities in Noble Group’s commodities trading business.
