Robert retired from the partnership in 2024 and is now Senior Counsel in Akin's London office. His practice focuses on international debt finance, capital markets and derivatives.

For over 30 years, he has advised investment funds, investment fund managers, corporate investors, corporate borrowers, lenders and other market parties on a wide variety of finance and derivatives matters in the London market.

Robert advises on the creation and structure of loan agreements, equity and debt instruments, depository receipts, swaps and derivatives, securities loans, repos, futures and options, and other financial market instruments.
