Ryan Dahan focuses on providing U.S. and international tax advice to investment funds and their portfolio companies.

Practice & Background

Mr. Dahan advises clients on tax aspects of business transactions and investment structures, with an emphasis on cross-border planning. He regularly assists clients in forming internationally focused hedge funds and private equity funds. Additionally, Mr. Dahan advises investment funds on U.S. tax compliance in the cross-border context, including issues related to Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act compliance and disclosure of interests in offshore assets and financial accounts.

Mr. Dahan received his B.S. cum laude in finance in 2010 from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. cum laude in 2013 from Syracuse University College of Law. Mr. Dahan also received an LL.M. in taxation in 2014 from New York University School of Law.
