Samantha is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. She assists clients on a range of complex litigation matters, including securities litigation, investigations and employment matters for various entities. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Akin, she interned with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York in the Criminal Division and also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Reggie B. Walton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Samantha received her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, with Honors, where she served as a Dean's Fellow in the Fundamentals of Lawyering Program, an associate of the George Washington Law Review and a member of the moot court board. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from American University.
