- Represents U.S. and international clients on trade remedy matters, including antidumping and countervailing duty investigations, administrative reviews, circumvention inquiries, and sunset reviews.
- Advises clients on international trade laws and regulations.
Sarah is an associate in the international trade practice. She represents and advises U.S. and international clients on a range of international trade matters, including antidumping and countervailing duties before the Department of Commerce, International Trade Commission, and Court of International Trade.
Sarah received her J.D. and LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law, where she served as staff editor of the Duke Law Journal. During law school, she was a semi-finalist of Duke University School of Law’s moot court and mock trial competitions, the winner of the transactional law competition, and a board member of moot court, mock trial, and the transactional law society. She also competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and was awarded Honorable Mention for Best Individual Oralist.
At Duke University School of Law, Sarah served as a student attorney in the Civil Justice Clinic. Sarah was also co-president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She earned a B.A. in English Language and Literature and Philosophy at The University of Chicago.
Previously, Sarah was a judicial intern for the Honorable Evan J. Wallach of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Sarah was a member of Akin’s 2022 summer associate class.
