Shaked is an associate in the firm’s financial restructuring practice. Shaked assists clients on a range of restructuring matters and has experience supporting the financial restructuring group on ad hoc committee representations, as well as out-of-court settlement agreements.

Before joining Akin, Shaked served as a legal extern with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor.

Shaked earned a J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, serving on the Georgetown Journal of International Law. Shaked holds a B.A. in American literature and culture from the University of California, Los Angeles.
