Shenell focuses primarily on the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of onshore and offshore alternative investment products, including hedge funds, credit funds and hybrid funds.

Prior to joining Akin, Shenell worked in-house at a global multi-strategy credit-focused asset management firm for over 10 years, having previously trained and practiced at another leading international law firm.
