- Advises clients on the formation and ongoing operation of alternative investment funds.
- Counsels institutional investors in connection with their alternative investment activities.
Stephanie Bradford focuses her practice on the formation and operation of domestic and offshore private investment funds, including private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds. Stephanie also represents institutional investors investing in alternative investment funds.
While attending the University of Texas School of Law, Stephanie served as Editor in Chief of The Review of Litigation, was named to The Order of Barristers, competed as a member of the Duberstein National Moot Court Team and was Chair of the Legal Research Board.
