Suzanne advises clients on a range of general corporate matters and corporate transactions, especially those involving tax transactions.

Prior to joining Akin, Suzanne was a corporate associate at a leading Canadian law firm. Her previous business experience includes managing a manufacturing company and providing sleep and fatigue analysis to professional sports teams and athletes.

Suzanne received her J.D. cum laude from Tulane University Law School and her B.A. magna cum laude in political science from City University of New York, Queens College. During her time at Tulane, she served as a legal extern for the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans.
