Ted is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists clients on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance and related corporate transactions.
Ted was a corporate Robert S. Strauss scholar at Akin and completed multiple summer associate roles, including at Akin’s New York office and a secondment at a leading global financial institution. He also externed for a federal judge in the U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia.
Ted earned his J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as the Leahy director of the Barristers’ Council Appellate Division and received several academic awards. He holds an A.B. magna cum laude in economics with minors in business administration and government from Georgetown University.
- Advised Paine Schwartz Partners–backed HGS BioScience, a leading provider of biological crop solutions, in its acquisition of Pharmgrade, an Idaho-based innovator specializing in microbial consortium products.
- Represented Vulcan Elements Inc. in connection a $50 million equity investment and incentives package from the U.S. Department of Commerce under the CHIPS and Science Act.
