Truman is an associate in the litigation practice. He has extensive experience in financial restructuring disputes and litigation, including managing teams and coordinating work across jurisdictions in cross-border restructurings.
Prior to joining Akin, Truman was an associate at another leading global law firm in London, where he handled complex restructuring transactions and disputes, and in Washington, D.C., where he practiced complex commercial litigation and arbitration.
Truman received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was a senior editor for the Harvard Business Law Review and articles editor for the Harvard Journal on Law & Public Policy. Truman also holds a B.S. magna cum laude in finance from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business.
