Karen focuses her practice on securities and corporate matters, including offerings of equity and debt securities, securities law compliance and corporate governance issues.

Prior to joining Akin Gump, Karen worked at other international law firms based in Hong Kong and New York.

Karen earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law. She received her B.A. magna cum laude from Davidson College.
