Xinxin is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. She assists clients on a range of litigation matters, including white collar defense, civil litigation and complex investigations.
Xinxin received her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she served as an article editor for the Journal of International Law & Business. Xinxin earned her M.S. and B.S. in accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she graduated with distinction.
Before joining the firm, Xinxin gained valuable FOIA litigation experience as a legal extern at the Project on Government Oversight. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sara L. Ellis of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Earlier in her career, she served as a lead internal auditor at a Fortune 1000 technology company, specializing in SOX, compliance and operational audits. She has led complex global audit and due diligence initiatives, presented findings to executive leadership and collaborated across departments and regions to resolve issues and enhance operational processes. She also previously worked at a prominent public accounting firm, with experience in external audits and PCAOB reviews.
