- Provides a wide range of advice to the firm on all employment practices and related issues.
Zoe provides counsel on a broad array of employment law related matters and drives related risk mitigation across Akin’s international offices to align with and advance key strategic initiatives of the firm.
Zoe advises on all areas that involve the relationship between the firm and its lawyers and business services professionals, including recruiting, hiring, compensation, promotions, performance management and employee relations.
Zoe worked at other leading law firms for 12 years prior to Akin and held the position of senior counsel. During her time in private practice, Zoe advised on all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law. She has extensive experience running investigations into employee complaints, conducting litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court, advising on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions (including TUPE transfers), coordinating global mobility projects and advising on collective and individual redundancies.
