Akin Gump Three-peats Among Legal 500’s Top Firms in Latin America Projects and Energy
(Washington, D.C.) – The Legal 500, in its The Legal 500 Latin America 2016 guide, has ranked Akin Gump among the world’s top firms for its work in Projects and Energy for the third consecutive year.
In its profile of the firm, The Legal 500 notes that Akin Gump is a “serious player in the energy sector, including midstream and upstream oil-and-gas, and renewables projects” and spotlights the firm’s representations of Wind Power de Mexico SA de CV in the development of a $1.5 billion 1000 MW wind project and “Och-Ziff Capital and DKRW on the development of an LNG storage and regasification terminal in Sonora, Mexico.”
