(Washington, D.C.) – Akin Gump public law and policy partner Ed Pagano and financial restructuring partner Michael Stamer have been named 2018 Client Service All-Stars by The BTI Consulting Group.

This annual survey, now in its 17th edition, which recognizes lawyers who “have mastered the art of superior client service,” is built on feedback from corporate counsel, who identify attorneys who stand out for delivering “superior customer service.”

The six traits that corporate counsel identify as common to these All-Stars, according to BTI, are superior client focus, superior client experience, exceptional legal skills, unmatched business understanding, outsized value and innovative thought leadership.

Founded in 1945, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP is a leading international law firm with more than 900 lawyers in offices throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
