The OverRuled: Russia Trade Controls Resource Center has been updated with the following actions:

  • 18 Aug 2025 (BIS):

    ​Vadim Yermolenko, a dual Russian-U.S. national, was sentenced in federal court to 30 months in prison following a November 2024 guilty plea for counts of conspiracy to violate the Export Control Reform Act (ECRA), bank fraud conspiracy, and conspiracy to defraud the United States.  Yermolenko must also pay a forfeiture money judgment of $75,547.
