The OverRuled: Russia Trade Controls Resource Center has been updated with the following actions:

The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI") designated three individuals and five entities under the UK's Russia sanctions regime, pursuant to the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
- 19 Aug 2025 (UK):
The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI") added three new FAQs (162 to 164 (inclusive)) to the UK Financial Sanctions FAQs. The new FAQs seek to provide further clarification on the use of General Licence INT/2025/6641960 (the "Brokerage General Licence") for funds held in, by, or via the National Settlement Depository ("NSD"), and the termination of accounts with "Brokers" who are designated persons ("DPs") under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and the Republic of Belarus (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
