(London) – Akin cybersecurity, privacy & data protection and international disputes senior counsel Jenny Arlington and financial restructuring counsel Carone Huang have been recognized at Law.com's Leadership, Influence & Inclusivity in Law Awards 2025. 

Jenny Arlington received the "Women Leaders in Tech Law" award, celebrating her game-changing contributions to the tech sector. This honor recognizes women lawyers whose work in or around the tech sector has been law-shaping and influential, demonstrating exceptional expertise and leadership in the fast-evolving world of technology law. 

Carone Huang was named "Rising Star – Law Firm", an award spotlighting an emerging leader who has made meaningful contributions to shaping a more open and forward-looking legal workplace, demonstrating initiative and the ability to lead with purpose early in their career. 

Formerly known as the Women, Influence & Power in Law UK Awards, this year's reimagined awards reflect the evolving legal landscape, honoring individuals and teams across the industry who are creating meaningful change. 

The awards were presented at a ceremony in London on December 4.
