Akin Disputes Team Earns ‘Litigator of the Week’ Shout-Out
Akin disputes & investigations partners David Zensky and Dean Chapman have earned a Litigator of the Week “shout-out” from The American Lawyer Litigation Daily.
The team was recognized for an appellate win that upheld a summary judgment win for longtime client CEVA Group. According to Am Law, the Akin team won at the Eleventh Circuit on a “statute of limitation grounds knocking out a class action stemming from the elimination of CEVA’s employee stock incentive plan during the company’s 2013 out-of-court restructuring.”
