Biography
- Assists clients in complex commercial disputes.
Evan is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. He assists clients in a variety of litigation matters.
Prior to joining Akin Gump, Evan clerked for the Honorable J. Curtis Joyner of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Evan earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. He served as comments editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law, for which he published a comment titled “23PolicemenAndMe: Analyzing the Constitutional Implications of Police use of Commercial DNA Databases.”
