- 04 Aug 2026 (Russia - Countermeasures):
Russia granted a special presidential approval permitting transactions involving ownership interests in a number of wind park SPVs associated with the former Wind Energy Development Fund, notwithstanding the restrictions otherwise applicable to transactions involving interests in Russian companies.
- 04 Aug 2026 (Russia - Countermeasures):
Russia partially rolled back the June 2026 expansion of Decree No. 95 by excluding bank deposits of foreign individuals and Russian branches/representative offices of foreign companies from the Type C account regime.
