Between July 2019 and November 2021, Rice Lake Weighing Systems, Inc.'s Italian subsidiary, Dini Argeo S.r.l., exported weighing equipment to a distributor located in the United Arab Emirates with the knowledge that those goods would be reexported to an end-user in Iran.

The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI") amended and extended General Licence INT/2025/8031092 ("GL" or "GL INT/2025/8031092") by six months until February 26, 2027, pursuant to the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (the "Russia Regulations"). The GL permits the continuation of business operations involving Lukoil International and a Lukoil International Subsidiary. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this entry shall have the meanings given to such terms in the GL.

The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI") amended and extended General Licence INT/2025/7895596 on Continuation of Business of Lukoil Bulgaria Entities ("GL" or "GL INT/2025/7895596") until October 29, 2026, pursuant to the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (the "Russia Regulations"). The GL allows Persons to continue business operations involving Lukoil Bulgaria entities and their Subsidiaries, subject to the conditions of the GL. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this entry shall have the meanings given to such terms in the GL.
