The European Commission published updated FAQs on Article 5n of Council Regulation (EU) 833/2014 regarding the Provision of Services. The update makes changes to the Commission’s guidance in relation to 15 questions and adds 4 new questions, which cover among other topics: authorisation from national competent authorities, IT services, ancillary services, intra-group services and treatment of EU nationals.
