The Council of the European Union (the "Council") designated five individuals under the Russia sanctions regime in response to Russia's military aggression against Ukraine, pursuant to Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1940 and Council Decision (CFSP) 2026/1939, which amend Council Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 and Council Decision 2014/145/CFSP respectively.
