The OverRuled: China Trade Controls Resource Center has been updated with the following actions:
- 10 Nov 2025 (BIS):
Following U.S.-China trade talks, BIS imposed a one-year suspension of the interim final rule, "Expansion of End-User Controls to Cover Affiliates of Certain Listed Entities" ("Affiliates Rule"), which came into effect on September 29, 2025. The suspension is set to end on November 9, 2026, absent a future extension.
- 10 Nov 2025 (BIS):
BIS removed Arrow China Electronics Trading Co., Ltd. and the six aliases under Arrow Electronics (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. from the Entity List under the destination of China.
The End-User Review Committee determined to remove these entries based on information BIS received regarding the relationships of the aliases to Arrow China Electronics Trading Co., Ltd., along with commitments to enhance export compliance measures of all these parties.
