The Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research ("EAER") amended Annexes 8 and 33 of the Swiss Ordinance on Measures connected with the Situation in Ukraine. The amendment adds five individuals, four entities, and 41 vessels to the relevant annexes. The changes took effect on January 13, 2026 at 23:00 (CET).
The OverRuled: China Trade Controls Resource Center has been updated with the following actions:

BIS revised its license review policy for exports of certain advanced computing semiconductors (Nvidia H200 and equivalents) to China and Macau from a presumption of denial to a case-by-case review, provided that the applicant meets specified requirements.
