The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI") amended General Licence INT/2025/5787748 ("GL INT/2025/5787748" or "GL") relating to Arbitration Costs, pursuant to regulation 64 of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and regulation 32 of the Republic of Belarus (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this entry shall have the meanings given to such terms in the GL.
- 16 Jul 2026 (EU):
The Council of the European Union (the "Council") postponed the date of application of the procedure to amend the oil price cap ("OPC") under Article 3n of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 ("Regulation 833") and Article 4p of Council Decision 2014/512/CFSP, pursuant to Council Regulation (EU) 2026/1805 and Council Decision (CFSP) 2026/1804.
