Between November 2023 to June 2025, Adani Enterprises Limited ("AEL") purchased shipments of liquified petroleum gas from a Dubai-based trader purporting to supply Omani and Iraqi gas. As a result, AEL caused U.S. financial institutions to process 32 U.S. dollar (USD) denominated payments totaling approximately $192,104,044 for the shipments.

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") issued Russia-related General License ("GL") 134C, "Authorizing the Delivery and Sale of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products of Russian Federation Origin Loaded on Vessels as of April 17, 2026".
