  • 16 Sep 2025 - UTair Aviation JSC - Denial Order; No monetary penalty

BIS renewed against UTair Aviation JSC (“Respondent”) a Temporary Denial Order (“TDO”) originally issued on September 20, 2024 for a period of 1 year in relation to violations of the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). Specifically, Respondent operated multiple aircraft subject to the EAR and classified under ECCN 9A991.b on flights into Russia after March 2, 2022.
